Absolute garbage! This was my second time trying to use this product. I get all my epoxy from Alumilite and love it. I have now had to destroy two $150 silicone molds because this product does not work. I might even switch epoxy brands now just because of this. I’ve used cheap Amazon silicone molds without using mold release and had better luck.

I normally don't write reviews. This review is not about the product but more about the customer service. I placed my original order almost a month ago. The first shipment was made in a reasonable amount of time but thru no fault of Alumilite the shipping company decided to return it to Alumilite instead of delivery to me without any explanation to me when I asked why. According to emails from Alumilite the order is on the way again. I guess we will see if this one arrives. In the meantime, I have emailed Alumilite 3 times with both shipment and product information questions. So far, I have not received an answer to any email. However, this is the third request of asking me to write a good review of their product. How can I write a review of something I haven't even received. I have used these products before with good results but customer service seems to be more interested in getting a good review than answering questions and getting product to its customers.
