Disappointed

"The results of the product were a little disappointing butlets talk about shopping. When I pay $20 for shipping and I get a crushed box that is partially ripped open already, I'm not a happy customer. Do a better job on that or lower the shipping cost. $20 is well over "overnight shipping" prices and we expect better at that price point."

Q&A

Is this only for use with power tools or would it work for hand polishing?
Great question! For a perfect, high-gloss polish, having the proper tools like a buffing wheel or a polishing pad on a drill definitely makes the job faster and the finish smoother. But the good news is, you can still use the polish by hand and get a great result with a little extra time and effort! Just apply a small amount of the epoxy polish to a clean, soft cloth (microfiber is ideal) and use circular motions to work it into the surface. It’s a great option for small projects, touch-ups, or if you prefer a hands-on approach. For best results: Make sure your epoxy is fully cured (usually 24–72 hours). Sand up to at least 1000–2000 grit before polishing. Work in a clean, dust-free area to avoid surface scratches. So yes—you can absolutely hand polish, but for that showroom shine, the right tools really help bring it to life!
